Wednesday is the day we have all been waiting for! The football state playoffs between Milton and Colquitt County will be one for the ages. It is important that students know what restaurants, attractions and forms of transportation there are around the Mercedes Benz Stadium to ensure that they have a 10/10 experience.

Cheap Eats:

Atlanta Breakfast Club

Feel nice and comfortable in this modern/retro diner for all day breakfast, burgers and American staples!

Transportation

MARTA: Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Translate Authority

MARTA is a public transportation system offered to everyone in Atlanta. This is a wise way for fans to avoid the expenses of traffic and parking at the stadium.  MARTA charges $2.50 for each way and an additional $2 for a one-time Breeze Card purchase.

Uber/Lyft

Uber and Lyft are two peer-to-peer, taxi-like ridesharing companies that transport people in a timely fashion. Both companies match you with a nearby driver willing to take you wherever you want to go!

Parking at the Stadium

Sightseeing

Little Five Points

Little Five Points is a hip commercial neighborhood in Atlanta unlike any other! There you can find a variety of vintage clothing stores, vinyl shops, burger joints, vegan eateries and other events and places. Well-known restaurants in the area include the Vortex and Savage Pizza.

The World of Coca-Cola

The World of Coca-Cola is a museum that showcases the unique history of the Coca-Cola company and even allows tourists to sample over 100 of its international and domestic beverages. It will be open on Wednesday from 10 AM – 5 PM, so try to pay it a visit!

Georgia Aquarium

Come visit over 100,000 animals and thousands of species at the Georgia Aquarium! Tickets are between $35-45 per student, and the site will be open from 10 AM – 9 PM.

Centennial Olympic Park

Centennial Olympic Park is a public park in Downtown Atlanta that houses 21 acres of land. It will be open Wednesday from 7 AM – 11 PM and is located at 265 Park Ave W NW, Atlanta, GA 30313.

Atlantic Station

Atlantic Station is a commercial and residential area that houses the Atlantic Station mall, the Millennium Gate Museum, the Robert C. Williams Paper Museum and many diners and restaurants. It is located at 1380 Atlantic Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30363.
